<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and high-performance photoelectric current sensor by an easy circuit system and a signal processing system, concerning a photoelectric current sensor for measuring current by using a photomagnetic field sensor. SOLUTION: This photoelectric current sensor is constituted so as to have at least two or more kinds of waveform processing circuit parts, and to detect a current value flowing in an electric conductor to be measured by operating and processing the outputs of each waveform processing circuit part, in an electric signal processing circuit for measuring the current flowing in the electric conductor to be measured and operating and calculating the current value by receiving an optically modulated signal and performing electric signal processing.</p> |
