MONITOR FOR MULTI-WAVELENGTH POLARIZED WAVE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the polarized wave of a wavelength multiplexed optical signal for each wavelength on a monitor for polarized wave. SOLUTION: A monitor 101 for multi-wavelength polarized wave separates the wavelength multiplexed optical signal inputted to an input light port 10 into optical signals 102a to 102d for each wavelength by optical demultiplexer 11. The optical signals 102a to 102d of respective wavelengths are led to polarization-dependent optical circuits 12a to 12d, and the outputs according with polarization are measured by photodetector arrays 13a to 13d respectively.
