COLOR FILTER FOR DISPLAY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter which is used for a flexible display without any increase in cost and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A color filter layer of 0.1 to 5μm in thickness is formed by flexography on a transparent plastic film of <=250μm in thickness. Here, UV setting ink is used as a color filter material, and applied and hardened, so that the ink can be hardened almost without heat although slight heat is generated. A film of >=110 deg.C in UL temperature index (UL-746) is used as the plastic film to eliminate deflection irregularity, and curling and straining of the film.
