PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel and a thickness adjusting member, which are constituted so that the thickness of the panel can be partially or wholly changed without the change of a structural frame body, a panel element and the like, and which can flexibly adapt to various modes of use. SOLUTION: A second pawl part 40 of the thickness adjusting member 4 is mounted by being hooked on an opening 20 of the structural frame body 2 which is provided originally to mount the panel element 3; and a second opening 43 for mounting a pawl part 33 of the panel element 3 is provided in the member 4. The pawl part 33 is selectively mounted in the opening 20 or the second opening 43 of the member 4.
