摘要	<p>The object of the present invention is the obtention of prolonged release matricial pharmaceutical formulations of pirindol hydrochloride that have stable and similar dissolution profiles in mediums of different pH values (1.2<pH<8.0). The present invention consists in the obtention of pharmaceutical formulations by the dry mixing and/or granulation process of the pirlindol hydrochloride with alginic acid derivative polymers (for example sodium alginate, calcium alginate) and commonly used excipients in the pharmaceutical technology. Further, the present invention consists in the obtention of pharmaceutical formulations composed by a pirlindol hydrochloride and sodium alginate matrix, stable during the storage period and that show good dissolution, absorption properties and consequently a adequate bioavailability when orally administrated. <IMAGE></p>
