PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary penetrating steel pipe pile including a blade 4 having strong cutting force, and capable of smoothly discharging cut earth, and effectively converting the turning force of the pile to the advancing force. SOLUTION: A plurality of blades 4 are formed on the tip of a steel pipe 2, the respective blades 4 are connected with a gradient in the rotating direction R to be gradually increased in thickness from the tip toward the steel pipe, an inclined recessed surface C inclined to the rotating direction is formed between the blades 4, the turning force of the pile is converted to the advance force by inclination of the blades 4, and cut discharged earth is smoothly discharged by the inclined recessed surface.
