PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for feeding liquid propylene and a liquid organic hydroperoxide to a reactor for carrying out epoxidation reaction using a catalyst and producing propylene oxide by which a problem causing lowering of a catalytic activity when a feed pump of propylene is stopped by trouble, etc., of pump can be avoided and to provide a method for producing propylene oxide by using the system. SOLUTION: In this system for producing propylene oxide by feeding liquid propylene and a liquid organic hydroperoxide to a reactor for carrying out epoxidation reaction using a catalyst, at least two pumps are installed in parallel in the passage for feeding the propylene.
