PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tris (N,N-diarylamino) triphenylamine compound by reacting a tri (halogenated aryl) amine compound with a secondary arylamine compound, by which the tris (N,N-diarylamino) triphenylamine compound can be obtained in a high purity in a good yield without decomposing the secondary arylamine compound and thereby without producing by-products. SOLUTION: This method for producing the tris (N,N-diarylamino) triarylamine compound by reacting the tri (halogenated aryl) amine compound with the secondary arylamine compound in the presence of a base and a catalyst comprising an alkylphosphine compound and a palladium compound in a reaction solvent is characterized by divisionally adding the secondary arylamine compound to a mixture of the solvent, the catalyst and the tri(halogenated aryl) amine compound under heating.
