HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM AND AUXILIARY HEAT SOURCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate any waste in heat recovery and improve the efficiency thereof by minimizing unnecessary heating by an auxiliary heat source. SOLUTION: A fixed time after a thermal on-off valve is opened to start to supply and circulate heating water, a quantity of supplied heat necessary for heating to a set temperature is computed according to the temperature of the heating water, set heating and a flow rate in a heating circulating circuit. A determination is next made whether the quantity of supplied heat can be covered by a quantity of generated heat in a gas engine corresponding to a quantity of recovered heat from waste heat of the gas engine or not. If such coverage is impossible, heating of the heating water by the auxiliary heat source is started.
