PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven or knitted fabric of a cellulosic fiber, having excellent cool feeling by suppressing the increase of temperature in clothes when worn in direct sunlight. SOLUTION: This woven or knit fabric of the cellulosic fiber is obtained by attaching acrylic beads having 0.1-20 μm particle diameters to the surface of the fiber of the woven or knitted fabric of the cellulosic fiber. The woven or knit fabric is produced by impregnating the woven or knit fabric of the cellulosic fiber with a water dispersion including the acrylic beads having the 0.1-20 μm particle diameters in 1-30 wt.% concentration, and a binder resin in 0.1-10 wt.% concentration, squeezing the impregnated fabric, and drying the squeezed fabric. Preferably, the impregnation is carried out by padding from a viewpoint of preventing the beads from precipitating. The amount of the attached beads is preferably 0.01-0.72 g/100 g cloth. |
