<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the complexity of the existing process comprising many kinds of units in thermal decomposition of mixed waste plastics containing a chlorine-containing plastic such as PVC by constructing a recycling type fluidized bed capable of helping the dechlorination and thermal decomposition with the combustion heat of char. SOLUTION: In this unit three fluidized beds, a dechlorination fluidized bed 1, a thermal decomposition fluidized bed 2 and a combustion fluidized bed 3, are installed and each fluidized bed is connected with routes of a heating medium moving bed and in which a common heating medium flows. By arranging so that the heating medium automatically recycles in the two routes of 1→2→3→1 and 2→3→2 as it is fluidized, a proper amount of the heating medium which is heated in the combustion fluidized bed 3 is distributed into the dechlorination fluidized bed 1 and the thermal decomposition fluidized bed 2 and heats them to a desired temperature, and the dechlorination of the feed and the thermal decomposition are continuously carried out.</p> |
