PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat insulation property of a support arm while satisfying conditions on structural strength required for the support arm, and achieve reduction of the weight. SOLUTION: This support arm for the passenger door of the aircraft is constituted of a curved structure body wherein plural hollow chambers are defined. The structure body movably connects the passenger door to an aircraft side frame, and a connection part to which a joint means is connected is formed on the support arm. Thereby, the support arm can be movably connected to the passenger door and an oscillation drive mechanism on one side, and the support arm can be movably connected to the aircraft side frame on the other side. Further, the passenger door can be moved along a lift passage and an oscillation passage by the support arm. The structure body of the support arm 1 for the passenger door of the aircraft is formed by a fiber reinforced composite material. The fiber reinforced composite material forming the structure body is constituted of plural component elements. |
