PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding method for a hollow container capable of efficiently cooling the nozzle part or label pasting part of a hollow container and capable of shortening a molding cycle, and a blow molding apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: A circulating port 52 is formed to the outside surface in the vicinity of the nozzle part 2 of a blow-in nozzle 47 and a first blowoff hole for blowing a part of high pressure compressed air toward the vicinity of the nozzle part of a blow cooling pipe 48 and/or a second blowoff hole 71 for blowing compressed air toward the vicinity of the label pasting part of a body part 4 in a state inserted into a blow molded article is formed. The nozzle part and the label pasting part is still more efficiently cooled by a combination of cooling effects due to the circulating port 52, the first blowoff hole and the second blowoff port 17 and a molding cycle can be shortened.
