PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary blade of a turbine that is constituted so as to achieve a low aspect ratio of the stationary blade and reduce a pressure loss. SOLUTION: In relation to a moving blade (32) of a turbine wheel (11) and a stationary blade (31) placed adjacently that constitutes a nozzle (N) in a rotary machine, the aspect ratio (the height of a trailing edge (h)/the length in an axial direction on a hub (C)) is equal to or below 0.5, and the tilt angle to a radial line of a back surface of the trailing edge is equal to or above 7 deg. and equal to or below 42 deg.. Since tilting of the stationary blade reduces the load on the hub side and restrains the secondary flow, the pressure loss can be reduced.
