METHOD FOR ADJUSTING BELT TRAVELING AND ADJUSTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the fault of a conventional technique by improving the method for adjusting a belt traveling of a conveyor belt or a web 10 in the lateral direction based on the traveling direction of the web 10 and adjusting the direction of the conveyor belt accurately in the lateral direction based on the traveling direction. SOLUTION: The position of the edge part of the web 10 is detected by using a sensor device 1. The value detected by the sensor device 1 is transmitted to a revolving device 2. The revolving device 2 makes the edge part of the web 10 revolve as the reaction to the received value.
