PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction controller that is easily and continuously switchable between a normal mode for controlling a wind direction and a wind direction characteristic mode for concentrating or diffusing air. SOLUTION: There are provided a normal mode where a plurality of blades 3 disposed in an air outlet are turned parallel to control the wind direction of a parallel wind blown from the air outlet, and a wind direction characteristic mode where each blade 3 diffuses or concentrates air blown out from the air outlet. The normal mode and the wind direction characteristic mode are switchable by a mode selecting means 6, so that switching-over is easily and continuously made between the normal mode where each blade 3 freely controls the wind direction blown out from the air outlet and the wind direction characteristic mode where the air blown out from the air outlet is blown over an occupant in a diffused or concentrated manner.
