PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shield panel superior in magnetic characteristics and easy and efficient in assembling. SOLUTION: A magnetic shield panel is covered with each vertical frame and each lateral frame of a substantially uniform width having an insertion gap along a longitudinal direction and a decorative plate of both faces on both sides, has a prescribed thickness, and overlaps a magnetic shield plate comprising high magnetic permeability alloy on the reverse of one decorative plate. Each decorative plate inserts or guides an insertion piece of each piece folded to a direction of each frame in the insertion gap of a side part corresponding to each frame, so that it is combined with each frame, an arrangement side part of at least the magnetic shield plate partially appears on an outer face, and is filled with a plastic core material by foaming in a hollow panel being a high magnetic permeability alloy plate being in contact with the magnetic shield plate.
