PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet fall preventing device that simplifies mounting of a detecting switch for detecting the housed state of a pallet receiving lever. SOLUTION: This pallet fall preventing device 1 for preventing the fall of a pallet by supporting the pallet by the projecting pallet receiving lever 3, uses a switch 26 with a sound reducing function as the detecting switch for confirming the state of the pallet receiving lever 3 being housed in a device body 11.
