PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel apparatus for packaging a liquid-like or powder- like fluid and dividing it. SOLUTION: The dividing apparatus of the fluid has a volume variable container, a soaking pipe (8) and dividing heads (4; 4'; 4''; and 140) each provided with an outlet orifice. When the container is placed on a horizontal surface, the dividing head can be rotated around a non-vertical and non-horizontal rotation axis and can occupy at least a dividing position at which the outlet orifice intercommunicates with the inner side of the container and a closing position at which the intercommunication is shut and the fluid is divided depending on the reduced inner volume of the container.
