PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a overhanging cylinder from expanding even when a selector valve is erroneously operated. SOLUTION: This vehicular body lifting and holding device 20 is composed of overhanging beams capable of overhanging in a vehicular width direction by overhanging cylinders 24, plural outrigger devices 21 having a jack equipped to a tip end portion of the overhanging beam and capable of virtually expanding and contracting by a jack cylinder 27, plural selector valves 31 to 34 provided corresponding to the outrigger devices 21 and selectively supplying oil into the overhanging cylinders 27 and the jack cylinders 24, a coming/going switching valve 39 controlling supplying/discharging the oil to/from the selector valve, double pilot check valves 67 arranged in second oil passages 48 connecting the selector valves and bottom chambers 27a of the jack cylinders 27 and in a third oil passage 49 connecting a rod chamber 27b of the jack cylinder and the coming/going switching valve 39, and a pilot check valve 61 arranged in a sixth oil passage 52 and a seventh oil passage 53 communicating to the second oil passage 48 and the third oil passage 49.
