PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a treading load for a driving wheel, to enhance starting performance, to restrain rolling resistance to a road face, and to improve fuel RATE in travel. SOLUTION: A front end part of a sub-leaf spring 8b of which the rear end pat is sandwiched between a trailing leaf spring 4b and a longitudinal axis 6b is made to be overhung more frontwards than a pin 5b connecting part to a frame 2 of the leaf spring 4b, a midway part of the sub-leaf spring 8b is clamped to leaf spring 4b, and a lift-up air spring 12 is interposed between an upper face in a front end part of the sub-leaf spring 8b and an under face of the frame 2.
