PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cover member to fully resist a load even when a spindle formed of a resin is used by weakening a force applied to the spindle of the cover member, to reduce costs and to facilitate recycling by eliminating the need of using an expensive spindle formed of a metal. SOLUTION: Both a fixed cover (supporting member) 50 and the access cover (cover member) 60 are integrally molding with the use of a resin material. Hinge parts 54 and 66, and 55 and 67 are fitted in each other to support the access cover openably by the fixed cover. Folding parts 61 and 62 are formed to upper and lower edge parts of the access cover to have a folding amount gradually reduced towards end parts. The folding part 62 formed to the lower edge butts against hinge parts 66 and 67 of the fixed cover when the access cover is opened. |
