PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner comfortable and reducing waste of energy. SOLUTION: It is devised to flow cold and hot water from a boiler 5 with a hot water heater to cool and heat water to supply cold water or hot water to a pipe provided on a floor of a room 3. Consequently, temperature of the room 3 is regulated by cooling or heating the floor 6, and a dew point of air in the room 3 is made lower than temperature of the cold water to be flown on the floor 6 by providing a dehumidifier 1 to deliver dry air into the room 3. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent bedewing of the floor 6 at the time of cooling the floor 6. |
