<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner kneader capable of maintaining a kneaded state of other toner components under a fixed range regardless of resin viscoelasticity. SOLUTION: In the kneader provided with a paddle shaft for which a kneading disk is arrayed on a rotary shaft so as to fuse and knead toner materials, a means for adjusting at least one of a kneading temperature and a rotation number of a kneading shaft is provided so as to maintain power consumption for paddle shaft rotation within a reference range.</p> |
