PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that high speed running is impossible because a running system is a slide system in the conventional technique of a simultaneously and biaxially stretching machine and staining due to scattering of lubricant is generated because it is necessary to forcibly supply the lubricant to a slide part. SOLUTION: The inner ring of a radial bearing supporting the stretching force of a sheetlike article is divided into two upper and lower parts and the upper part is fitted to a link shaft while the lower part is formed as a freely rotatable structure and the radial bearing is attached to the lower inner ring at the position eccentric from the center not only to enable the free following in the running direction of a link device but also to enable smooth high speed running. The forcible supply of the lubricant from the outside is dispensed with by employing the radial bearing due to a grease sealing system and the scattering of the lubricant can be prevented. Further, smooth high speed running also becomes possible.
