PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide film suitable for use in packaging retort foods that does not show degraded strength even when subjected to a retort treatment at a temperature >135 deg.C. SOLUTION: This polyamide film comprises, as a main component, a polyamide resin having >=6 methylene chains in the minimum repeating unit of the molecular chain, and with a melting point of >=160 deg.C. The strength retention rate at break is >=70% in a 140 deg.C hot water treatment. |
