PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile clip with which bags and sheets can be surely sealed and fixed. SOLUTION: The versatile clip is constituted of an upper side member (1), a lower side member (2), and a hinge part (3) connecting the upper side and lower side members on their one ends. When the upper side member (1) is put upon the lower side member (2), each of the first ribs (6) of the upper side member (1) is slid downward along each of inner walls of the side faces of the lower side member (2). It is slid between each of the side faces of the inner walls of the lower side member (2) and the second rib (5) of the lower side member (2) to pinch an article by a double structure.
