PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform heating cooking even when temperature is high inside an oven. SOLUTION: If a start button is turned on at S1, a determination is made at S2 as to whether or not the temperature inside the oven is not higher than 100 deg.C. If the temperature inside the oven exceeds 100 deg.C, a determination is made at the next S3 as to whether or not the temperature inside the oven is not higher than 200 deg.C. If it exceeds 200 deg.C, heating cooking is suspended at S4 and an error code is displayed. If the temperature is determined to be not higher than 200 deg.C at S3, a circulating fan is rotated at S5 and a timer 1 is started. The rotation of the circulating fan expels hot air in the oven out of the device to ventilate the inside of the oven and reduce the temperature inside the oven.
