PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device fixing a plurality of oil-hydraulic pipes in a longitudinal direction which is arranged to operate an installed operating attachment in response to various different working contents in construction machinery or the like. SOLUTION: A plate 21 is welded on an outer peripheral surface of an aligning collar 20 in an orthogonal direction, and a plurality of the oil-hydraulic pipes 22 and 22, etc., and clamps 23 and 23 are arranged at upper and lower sides of the plate 21. Tightening fix x of the oil-hydraulic pipes 22, 22, etc., arranged by the plate 21 and aligning collar 20 is set constant, and is fixed by a bolt 24.
