PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing sheet and a reinforcing method for reinforcing adhesion to a building structure. SOLUTION: This reinforcing sheet 10 for reinforcing the building structure is formed by laminating braided fabric 12 and nonwoven fabric 28. The braided fabric 12 is formed by laminating a warp layer 16 formed by lining up warp 14 formed by bundling a plurality of filaments, a first oblique yarn layer 20 formed by lining up oblique yarn 18 oblique to the warp, and a second oblique yarn layer 24 formed by lining up oblique yarn 22 oblique to the warp 14 from the opposite direction to the oblique yarn 18 of the first oblique yarn layer 20. The nonwoven fabric 28 has irregularly arranged short fibers and a plurality of holes 28a formed according to the prescribed rule.
