PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition excellent in flame retardancy and impact resistance and suitable for manufacturing a molded article reduced in delamination and flow marks near a gate. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin manufactured by a transesterification method and having specific viscoelasticity and, incorporated therewith, (b) 5-40 pts.wt. of a rubber-modified styrene/(meth)acrylonitrile-based graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing at least a styrenic monomer and (meth)acrylonitrile in the presence of a rubber by an emulsion polymerization method or a bulk polymerization method, (c) 1-40 pts.wt. of a phosphorus-containing flame-retardant and (d) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a polyfluoroethylene.
