PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof waterproofing sheet being easy to construct and excellent in waterproofness without adversely affecting the environment, and a waterproofing method using it. SOLUTION: The roof waterproofing sheet 10 comprises an aluminum sheet 13 bonded to one side of a vulcanized rubber sheet 11 via a butyl rubber sheet 12 and is corrugated. An adhesive sheet 14 is bonded to the entire surface or part of the surface of the aluminum sheet 13. The adhesive sheet 14 is caused to abut the uneven surface of a roofing tile 7 by use of the roof waterproofing sheet 10, and the waterproofing sheet 10 is deformed and applied to the uneven surface and joined to the uneven surface of the roofing tile 7.
