PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dozer fitting structure of a working vehicle capable of simply switching a dozer from the ordinary working attitude to an upward attitude suitable of loading a truck. SOLUTION: A dozer arm 21 having a dozer plate 20 at the tip and a dozer cylinder 6 for performing elevating operation of the dozer 2 are integrally installed on a fitting bracket 5. The fitting bracket 5 is fitted to a traveling machine body 1b to be freely rotated and fixed.
