PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pest controlling agent excellent in water mischbility, having a high insecticidal/acaricide effect, free from trouble of chemical injuries. SOLUTION: This pest controlling agent including (i) 20-65 wt.% of a water soluble starch or a starch gelatinizing by water, (ii) 12-30 wt.% of at least one kind of surfactants selected from styrenated phenol surfactants and polyoxyalkylenealkylether surfactants, and (iii) 15-60 wt.% of water-insoluble powder, is excellent in water mischbility, has the high insecticidal/acaricide effect and free from trouble of the chemical injuries.
