<p>A slide fastener (1) is provided which has two sliders (10, 30) arranged to be slidable on a pair of interlocking stringers (5, 6) so as to open the fastener (1) when separated and close the fastener (1) when brought together, at least one receiving portion (31, 32) disposed on one of the sliders (10, 30), at least one latching member (11, 12) disposed on one of the sliders (10, 30) and engageable with the receiving portion (31, 32).
