INTRACARDIAC SUTURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for executing a low invasive operation to a defect inside a heart without using a pump-oxygenator. SOLUTION: This device includes a first shaft member 1 including a first shaft 11 and having a first suture needle grasp means 4 at the tip; a second shaft member 2 including a second shaft 21; a third shaft member 3 including a third shaft 31 and an operation part 33; and a centesis member 5 having a second suture needle grasp means 51 at the tip. The second shaft 21 is projected from the tip of the first shaft 11 to be slidable in the first suture needle grasp means 4 direction. The second shaft 21 is slid to a position allowing pinch of a sutured portion between the second shaft 21 and the first suture needle grasp means 4. When sliding the third shaft 31 to the tip of the slid second shaft 21, a suture needle 6 can be delivered between the first suture needle grasp means 4 and the second suture needle grasp means 51.
