PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit processed food enabling long-term storage by a simple hand operation step without using an additive, being readily edible and not producing complicated waste products. SOLUTION: A dried fruit from which parts which are inadequate for edible use, e.g. stem ends, seeds and a skin are removed is torn with hands or finely cut into mince and put every adequate amount into a frame mold on which glassine papers are laid and packaged with glassine papers and solidified under pressure to provide the fruit processed food which is packaged into a bite size. |
