PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low calorie nutritional supplement having texture specific to food, smooth elution of nutritional components such as a dietary fiber, a growth factor such as enteric Bacillus bifidus and lactobacillus, a mineral, a vitamin, a physiologically active substance or the like.
