PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of a hoisting and lowering movement of a storing cabinet in such a way that there exists no possibility of being wounded by pinching fingers of the hand, etc., in a motor-driven hoisting and lowering type upper cabinet. SOLUTION: A touch switch 5 for outputting an on signal by contacting of a part of a human body is provided at a position where there exists possibility of danger of pinching the part of the human body when the hoisting and lowering movement of the storing cabinet 1 is performed. A control circuit part 6 for receiving the on signal from this touch switch 5 and outputting a drive stopping signal to a motor 4 is provided.
