PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a multiple electrode pulse arc welding system capable of preventing an arc generating state from being unstable by the mutual arc interference through an operating force between the two arcs in the multiple electrode pulse arc welding process. SOLUTION: The method for controlling the multiple electrode pulse arc welding is characterized in that during the current-carrying period of a first peak current of a first wire in a first time, a second peak current is carried to a second wire, and, during the current-carrying period of a first base current, a second base current is carried and next, during the current-carrying period of the second peak current of the first wire in a second time, a second peak current which is smaller than the first peak of the first wire, and during the current-carrying period of the first base current, the second base current is carried and the current-carrying is repeated by making the first time and the second time current carrying as a pair, and the average value of a second welding current is set to have a predetermined ratio of the average value of the first welding current.
