PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the removal from a piping even when a strong magnet is used. SOLUTION: An engaging arm part 42 is engaged with a step part 12 to be engaged of fluid treatment equipment 10. A screw part 41 is subjected to a rotational operation in the state of being abutted on a fixture 50 for removal, therefore, changes the screw position between the screw part 41 and an arm supporting part 43, thereby, changes the relative positional relation of the both and moves the engaging arm part 42 in the direction of separating the engaging arm part 42 from the peripheral surface of the piping 30. As a result, the engaging arm 42 is moved in the direction of being separated from the peripheral surface of the piping 30 and the fluid treatment equipment 10 is removed from the piping 30.
