PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carpet having a new structure for reliably and efficiently showing a minus ion-inducing function to normalize a human physiological activation function in the structure of the carpet. SOLUTION: A complex 1 made of a tourmaline powder body and a magnetic body powder is set to be a laminate where a position side covering body 2 is arranged on one surface side and a non-position side covering body 3 is arranged at the other surface side for incorporation in the carpet.
