PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding sheet for babies that allows babies to stabilize their bodies by a leg catch frame that faces slightly upward in an assembled state, and allows the folding sheet to be nearly in a flat form without causing the upward inclination to become an obstacle in a folded state. SOLUTION: When a frame body 21 is to be folded, an inclining rod 25 and connectors 22 and 22 for supporting both base edge sections 28a and 28a of the leg catch frame 30 in parallel relatively rotate around a virtual center axis C to the inclining rod and both the base edge sections of the leg catch frame, thus displacing the direction of the inclination of each inclination rod and that of the inclination of both the base edge sections of the leg catch frame.
