PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic material container with an applying tool which allows to easily insert a cosmetic brush having a large and extended diameter into a container body. SOLUTION: A cover tube 8 is composed of the cosmetic brush 6 exposed at a lower edge of an outer tube body 4, and a lever piece 9 at an upper edge. A brush part 2 is formed by inserting the cover tube 8 between the outer tube 8 and the cosmetic brush 6 so as to ascend/descend. An inner dish body 14 for storing a cosmetic material A is inserted and assembled into a storage body 11 capable of displaceably ascending/descending. A storage part 3 is formed by interposing a spring 16 between the storage body 11 and the inner dish body 14. The cosmetic brush 6 is stored in the cover tube 8 accompanied with a descending operation of the lever piece 9, and is drawn out from the inside of the cover tube 8 accompanied with the combining operation of the brush part 2 and the storage part 3, and is pressed against the cosmetic material A by relatively rotating the cosmetic brush 6 with the inner dish body 14.
