METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING ODORLESS AND STERILIZED WATER

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for producing odorless and sterilized water are provided, which can obtain water of stabilized pH value by controlling not only flow rate of raw water but also pH value of raw water. The sterilized de-tasted water can be kept for an extended time without deterioration of the water quality. CONSTITUTION: In the sterilized de-tasted water kept at a fixed pH value and residual chlorine concentration produced by adding acidic solutions of sodium hypochlorite solution and hydrochloric acid, the method is characterized in that the addition amount of sodium hypochlorite or acidic solution is varied according to the flow rate and pH value of the raw water.
