PURPOSE: A mixture density simultaneous impregnation method is provided which achieves densification of a carbon manganese(MnO2) in the inside of a tantal pallet. CONSTITUTION: According to a curing method for forming a MnO2 layer of electrolytes on a surface of an oxide film formed during a chemical process among fabrication processes of a tantal solid electrolysis capacitor, a tantal pallet(10) passing through the chemical process is impregnated into the first box(30) where an impregnation solution(20) of a high density nitrate manganese is stored, and then the above tantal pallet is impregnated into the second box(50) continuously where an impregnation solution of a low density nitrate manganese is stored. |
