PURPOSE: Provided is a method of artificial cultivation of Sparassis crispa in a short period of time by using larch tree and fir tree, thereby producing the fruit bodies of Sparassis crispa with high productivity, increasing the growth of the mushroom and consequently harvest it in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: The method of artificial cultivation of Sparassis crispa is characterized by culturing in a bottle containing a medium, wherein the medium is prepared by the steps of: dipping larch tree sawdust and the mixed sawdust of larch tree sawdust and fir tree sawdust(a mixing ratio of larch tree sawdust to fir tree sawdust is 10:0-7:3, based on dried weight thereof) for at least 3 hours in warm water with maintaining the temperature to 80-90 deg.C; filtering and removing the water; drying the sawdust completely; and adding nutritious components thereto, followed by sterilization at high temperature under high pressure. |
