CONSTITUTION: The catalyst comprises a base substance of alumina or zeolite, and an or double oxide coating layers selected from a group of NaO, K2O, Nd2O3, or V2O5, wherein NaO or K2O content is 5-15 g/L(total catalyst weight) and Nd2O3 content is 3-8 g/L(total catalyst weight).
