LOOPER CAR WIRE SUPPORTING APPARATUS OF HORIZONTAL TYPE LOOPER FACILITY

PURPOSE: A looper car wire supporting apparatus of horizontal type looper facility is provided in which strip is separated from a traveling path of the looper car during misoperation of the facility, and the strip is repaired promptly and automatically when it is separated therefrom. CONSTITUTION: In a looper car wire supporting apparatus of horizontal type looper facility comprising a wire supporting roll(13) idly mounted, and a cylinder(16) for driving the wire supporting roll(13) so that it is rotationally ascended and descended centering around a rotation shaft(14), the looper car wire supporting apparatus comprises a wire supporting part(1) integrally comprising a shaft(11a) on which the wire supporting roll(13) and cylinder(16) are mounted, and which is formed parallel to the rotation shaft(14) so that the shaft(11a) is rotationally mounted on a facility frame(10), wherein rotational descending behavior centering around the shaft(11a) is cut off by a shear pin(18) inserted into a shear pin receiving hole(11b) of the facility frame(10); a wire supporting part return means(2) comprising a cylinder for turning the wire supporting part(1) rotationally descended by the front end of the shear pin(18) back to its original position; a shear pin exchange part(3) comprising a shear pin exchange cylinder for pushing thus inserting the shear pin(18) into the shear pin receiving hole(11b) of the facility frame(10); and a shear pin supply part(4) for supplying the shear pin(18) onto a path along which the shear pin exchange cylinder of the shear pin exchange part(3) advances.
