PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centesis needle and a catheter, allowing introduction of a laser probe into an organism, and capable of detecting a temperature of the periphery of a treated portion, and to provide a medical laser device. SOLUTION: This centesis needle 1 for inserting a medical laser-irradiating member 116 is for inserting the medical laser irradiating member 116 having a laser irradiation part 116a in a tip part into the organism. The centesis needle 1 has a passage 5 allowing introduction of the medical laser-irradiating member 116 from a base end part and capable of exposing the laser irradiation part 116a of the medical laser-irradiating member 116 from the tip; an organism centesis blade face 6 provided in the tip; and a temperature detection part 7 provided in a tip part.
